These terms govern your use of the ProSTB application and the purchase of a license from Bouwer Digital Apps (KvK 89368576, Netherlands). By installing or buying ProSTB you agree to them.
ProSTB is a media player for Samsung Smart TVs. It lets you connect to an IPTV portal that you obtain from a third-party provider, and plays that content on your TV. ProSTB does not provide, sell, bundle, host, broadcast or resell any television channels, portals, playlists or other content, and grants no rights to any such content.
A purchased license unlocks the full app for one device and is for your personal, non-transferable use. The 3-day trial is provided as-is to let you test compatibility before buying.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes (VAT) are calculated and collected at checkout.
IPTV portals, provider systems and TV firmware change over time and can affect playback; we work to keep ProSTB compatible but cannot guarantee any specific portal will function. We may update or discontinue features.
ProSTB is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the content you access, for provider outages, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.
